One tool per section. No jargon.
01
The digital replacement for the cardboard punch card. Nothing to lose, nothing to print, no app.
You print your venue's QR and place it on the table or near the till.
Every time the customer spends, they scan the QR with their phone camera. Their card opens in the browser.
The waiter enters their 4-digit PIN and a stamp is added.
When the card is full (10 stamps by default, configurable), they win the reward you defined.
What the customer sees
A digital card with stamps, a progress bar and — when full — a redeemable reward code.
What you see
On the panel: how many customers stamped this week, how many cards were completed and which rewards were redeemed.
02
Sell 5, 10 or 20 drinks upfront. The customer uses them across future visits.
Set up packs from the dashboard: name, number of drinks and price.
The customer pays the pack at the till. The waiter taps 'Sell pack' and shows them a QR.
The customer scans the QR and sees their pack: for example, 5 drinks remaining.
On the next visit, they scan again. The waiter enters the PIN and one drink is deducted.
03
Launch a flash promo. The QR expires. Urgency fills the place.
Create the promo from the dashboard: name, duration (1h to 7d) and activation cap.
Print the QR or display it on screen.
The customer scans and sees a live countdown. They have X hours to use the 2 drinks.
The waiter validates with PIN every time the customer claims a drink.
04
Surprise prizes every few stamps. Hooks the customer and increases visit frequency.
Configure prizes from the dashboard: coffee (30%), dessert (10%), 20% discount (40%), nothing (20%).
Decide which stamps trigger the wheel (e.g. stamps 3 and 7).
On stamping, if the wheel triggers, the customer sees a slot-machine animation.
If they win, a redeem code valid for 30 days is generated.
05
Review gating: only happy customers see the Google button. Unhappy ones leave internal feedback.
Configure which stamp asks for a review (e.g. 4 and 8) and also at reward redemption.
At that moment the customer sees: How was your experience? with 5 stars.
If they pick 4-5 stars: they see different suggested phrases (anti-spam) and a direct button to Google.
If they pick 1-3 stars: the feedback stays internal on your dashboard. It never reaches Google.
06
An assistant that knows your data and tells you what to do.
You type what you want to know. It replies with concrete, actionable ideas.
Examples: How do I fill the place on Tuesdays?, How do I get more reviews?, Which pack should I sell?
Each answer includes concrete steps: where to tap, what to set up and when to launch it.
